Pat and her husband, Larry, grew their trucking agency into the 10th largest in the nation, and Pat also founded a property management company that continues to thrive. Donna has managed many medical and healthcare offices, often single-handedly bringing them into the information age, and she and husband Keith operate a busy construction company. When Pat and Donna met, they became fast friends. It was a natural progression for the two to establish a business partnership that combines their individual experience and expertise for winning results.
The Puckridge and Prinz families are very close, and often enjoy vacationing together.

A life-long native of Buncombe and Henderson Counties, my wife Suzanne and I, have enjoyed raising and educating our two children in this wonderful community. I have been a real estate broker since 1986. I was originally licensed as a broker in Wisconsin. I hold prestigious designations of CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), and GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute). I have been a successful listing agent and buyer's agent receiving a Realtor of the Year award for my local board serving as President & State Representative in Wisconsin. I was in the top 10 in production for my broker-owned Remax company for the state 4 years in a row I moved to Asheville, NC in 2001 and have been a Real Estate Consultant with Asheville's Dream Team since 2004. Since joining Asheville's Dream Team, we have doubled our staff & our full time real estate consultants.
It was during my 10 years in health care and strategic planning that I realized what I truly love to do is help people. I have master's degrees in health administration and business, and my background in strategic planning in the healthcare field works in my client's favor. Buying and selling real estate requires planning, marketing, focusing on details, and strong negotiating skills, all of which I have developed through my professional experience. I'm excited to be a part of a team that compliments my professional experience with a wide breadth of real estate experience and an unsurpassed knowledge of the Western North Carolina area. I live in West Asheville with my husband and son. We are thrilled to raise our child here in this magical part of the country.
Leon Roach - Buyer Specialist
As a lifelong resident of Western North Carolina and a resident of Buncombe County for over thirty years as married to an Asheville native, I have come to have a deep appreciation for living in this area. My background is in the construction industry. In the mid 70's I returned to school to get my masters degree and began teaching construction technology. Having recently retired after 30 years of teaching at a local high school, I entered the Real Estate field to continue being able to help people reach their goals. I am very excited to work with a team that holds very high moral and ethical standards in their personal and professional lives. I have two children, both in college, pursuing degrees that will eventually support their communities. It really is exciting to work in this area that is unsurpassed in beauty and quality of life.
